Hi! I’m Estee, the educator and creator behind esteeducates. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education and a Master’s degree in Education, I’ve dedicated my career to helping young children learn through joyful, meaningful experiences while supporting the educators and families who guide them along the way. Teaching runs in my family, and nurturing a love for learning has always felt like a natural calling.

Early childhood development is truly my passion, and I continue to be inspired every day by the curiosity and potential of young learners. I currently serve with Miami-Dade County Public Schools’ Department of Early Childhood, where I coach teachers across the district, develop curriculum resources, and design professional trainings that support high-quality early learning classrooms throughout Miami. My work allows me to collaborate with educators and school leaders while helping shape learning experiences that reach thousands of children each year.

Before stepping into this district role, I led a model Pre-K classroom, welcoming educators from across the county to observe research-based practices in action. That hands-on classroom experience remains at the heart of everything I share - practical, developmentally appropriate strategies that truly work with real children in real classrooms.

Through esteeducates, I share ideas, resources, and hands-on experiences designed to make learning engaging, playful, and meaningful. Whether supporting teachers, creating sensory experiences, or working directly with children and families, my goal is always the same: to create environments where curiosity is encouraged, confidence grows, and learning feels joyful.

Outside of education, you’ll often find me reading or enjoying nature, both constant sources of inspiration for the experiences I design and share.
